Process Outcomes
  • Understanding and communication among agency personnel has increased through:
    • Review of each agency's mission, vision, and scope of services
    • Regular meetings with agenda open to all members thus reducing the need for many other meetings. For example, Health Department issues, Department of Children and Family issues, and school district issues may all be on the same agenda rather than having each agency call separate meetings with virtually the same people.
  • District data was collected and reviewed on:
    • Truancy /Attendance
    • Juvenile/Youth Crime/School Safety
    • Post Secondary Outcomes
    • Teen Pregnancy
    • Transportation
    • Determination of the impact of collaboration on student outcomes
    • Efficient use of available funding for maximum benefit of and coordination of after school and summer programs
