Accomplishments
- In the past three years the HSPA has accomplished the following:
- Outcomes measurement training for provider and funders
- Facilitating mergers of nonprofit organizations
- Developing a web-based community information network
- Creating and coordinating a substance abuse prevention coalition
- Creating and coordinating a children’s initiative targeting improved childcare quality and parent education
- Coordinating the development of a community transportation plan
- A survey of the needs of the Hispanic population
