Monday, September 22 (1:30-5:00) (3.5 hours)
1:30 - 1:45	Greeting and introductions
1:45 - 2:30	Videotape I - Role playing, each facilitator updates his/her Roundtable chairperson on status of progress made addressing issues. Provide gentle, constructive critique. Those not being filmed will meet one on one with state team members to ask specific questions unique to their district.
2:30 - 3:30	Donna Hosang - Customer Service for ESE/At Risk Students and Families
3:30 - 3:45	Break
3:45 - 4:45	Consensus Building
4:45 - 5:00	Review of day (Plus/Delta)

Tuesday, September 23 (8:00-3:30) (7.5 hours)
8:00 - 8:30	Who wants to be a Facilitationnaire?
8:30 -10:00	Mission: Information + Surfin' 101
10:00 - 10:15	Break
10:15 - 11:30	Presentation Skills
11:30 - 12:30	Lunch
12:30 - 1:45	Select identified issue (or we'll assign). Facilitator finds statistics, best practices, etc. Put information in reportable, clear format in preparation to report to Roundtable chairperson.
1:45 - 2:15	Present research findings
2:15 - 3:15	Videotape II - Now more prepared, facilitators role play an update to his/her Roundtable chairperson on status of progress made addressing issues. Provide gentle, constructive critique.
3:15 - 3:30	Review of workdays (Plus/Delta, written evaluation)
